Stock Shortages
Items are occasionally no longer in stock. Should that be the case, we will send a refund for the cost of the item and will notify you via a message before we ship the order.
Missing Items
We double-check every order, but occasionally errors do happen (we're humans, after all!) Please contact Brick Emporium right away if your received order has missing items or wrong items. We will be glad to issue a refund in the amount of the item claimed missing. For items valued at more than $2, we will send a backorder.
Sealed Bags
We pride ourselves in not making mistakes with our sealed minifigs. If you have concerns about them being incorrect, please make a recording as you open them. Should they be incorrect, we will gladly refund you or accept a return.
Color Discrepancies
We color-check every item. However, occasionally small errors do occur (we're humans, after all!). If you believe you've received the wrong color of an item, please contact us and we will double-check our inventory. We will be glad to issue a refund in the amount of the item claimed to have the wrong color. For items valued at more than $2, we will send a backorder.
